Mason City Schools provides transportation to these eligible non public schools: All Saints, Bishop Fenwick, Cincinnati Hills Christian Academy, International Academy, Liberty Bible Academy, Middletown Christian, Moeller, Montessori Academy, Mother Theresa, Mt. Notre Dame, Royalmont Academy, Seven Hills, St. Margaret of York, St. Susanna and Ursuline.
Eligibility of schools is determined by the Ohio Department of Education as schools that are reachable within 30 minutes from the district school the student would attend.
Routes are evaluated for the number of students utilizing transportation services. If there is not a reasonable number of students riding a route on a regular basis, transportation to that school will be declared impractical.
To request transportation for your student submit a Non Public Transportation Request Form to the Transportation Office. If you have more than one child, please fill out a form for each student. For first time registration or if you are new to the district, proof of residency must be provided with your transportation request. This can be a lease agreement or closing statement of a home purchase.
New forms must be submitted each year by May 1 of the current school year.
